  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take 2–5 additional days for preparation.

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 4–8 business days
  • Delivery time may vary during festivals, weather issues, or courier delays.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.

📦 Packaging & Handling

  • All items are packed securely using bubble wrap, foam, and corrugated boxes as required.
  • Fragile items such as lamps, vases, or fountains are handled with extra care to minimize transit damage.

📹 Important – Unboxing Video Required

  • Customers must record a full opening/unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  • This is mandatory for any damage, defect, or return/exchange claim.
  • No claims will be entertained without a proper, continuous opening video.

❌ Delays & Undeliverable Packages

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to a customer error (e.g., wrong address or unavailability), re-delivery charges will apply.
