At Shubham Gift Gallery, we ensure every product is safely packed and thoroughly checked before shipping. We accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
✅ Eligibility:
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A full opening video is provided (from sealed package to full unboxing, without cuts).
- The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Special Note for Electrical/Electronic Items (Fountains, Lamps, Toys, etc.):
- Check electrical items in the opening video itself.
- If an item doesn’t function properly (e.g., not lighting, not running), this must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.
- Power-related issues reported without proper video proof will not be accepted.
- Exchanges will be provided if the item is faulty and in stock; else, a refund will be issued.
⛔ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- No opening video or video not covering product from the start.
- Request raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- Used, altered, or broken items not caused during shipping.
- Damage due to improper handling (like water in electric parts or overuse).
- Customized or personalized gifts (unless damaged in transit).
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only when an exchange is not available (e.g., product is out of stock).
- Refund will be made to the original payment mode within 5–7 working days of approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
📩 How to Request
- Email your request to support@shubhamgiftgallery.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach:
- Order ID
- Full opening video clearly showing damage or defect
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
